Charlotte Ferguson

As our team leader, Charlotte oversees all real estate transactions handled by the team. She is always looking for new ways to market and increase the exposure of our listings. She prides in developing and maintaining relationships with our clients. She coordinates client events, community events and fundraisers for many charities. As well she is continuously searching for new buyers and sellers, listing properties, negotiating agreements and giving sellers/buyers valuable feedback on a weekly basis.
